Sports Massage Therapist
I’m Charmaine, a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist. My professional journey began in project management, where I honed my skills in organisation, problem-solving, and leading collaborative teams. I’m now excited to apply this strategic mindset to my work in sports therapy, where I can focus on helping clients achieve their wellness and performance goals.
As I partake in horse riding, running and hiking, I understand firsthand the physical demands and the importance of injury prevention and recovery. I’ve personally completed events like The Grizzly in Dorset and am currently training for more half marathons. I also train my German Shepherd Dog for Canicross and Tri-Dog events, with the long-term goal of competing in IGP.
I believe my unique background gives me a comprehensive perspective on client care, blending professional discipline with genuine empathy for the athletic journey. I’m thrilled to be a part of this multi-disciplinary team and look forward to contributing to our collective success to provide the best care for our clients.
